The goal of this lake home renovation was to be able to gather more people around their island.  These home owners love to entertain and everyone knows the party is in the kitchen.  This renovation included removing a vertical support beam and replacing it with a steel beam with appropriate foundation pier work, all new cabinets, marble countertops, upgraded appliances including a double wine and beverage cooler. Entertaining just got an upglow with seating for up to 9 around this 8 foot by 10 foot island!
